Calvin Khumalo (Thabo Rametsi), along with Land (Noxolo Dlamini) and Aldo (Stefan Erasmus), are battling for independence from Politically-sanctioned racial segregation, comitting demonstrations of treachery on power plants and other modern offices. Their definitive goal? "Make the nation uncooperative," Khumalo says. "The white minority system has left us with only one choice: viciousness."  When their strategic activity against a petroleum treatment facility is tracked down by the police, a wild pursue into downtown Silverton results, prompting a running gunfight and losses. With Commander Langerman (Arnold Vosloo) and his officials shutting in, Khumalo and his group unexpectedly stay in a bank, where they kidnap the representatives and clients.
